Shipping Policy

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and an expected delivery date. Please note that transit times cannot be guaranteed, and unforeseen circumstances may delay delivery once your package leaves our facility. Expedited delivery does not include weekends, and if an order is placed on a Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, please allow 2–3 extra days beyond the specified expedited delivery timeframe. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once confirmed delivered by the carrier.

Orders cannot be changed in product, size, or quantity after placement. Cancellation is only possible before an order leaves our facility.

We do not ship to PO Boxes. For customers in Belgium, parcel lockers or post office addresses may be used as alternatives to home delivery.

tibiwear.com accepts international orders to select countries. Delivery fees are calculated at checkout, and customers are responsible for any applicable duties and taxes upon delivery. Packages refused at delivery will incur duties, taxes, and shipping costs, which will be deducted from the refund.

Currently, we do not ship to the EU for orders under $195 USD or to the UK under $220 USD for clothing and shoes. Orders under these values may be reviewed or canceled.

Processing Times:

  • Ground Shipping: 3–9 Business Days
  • Two-Day Delivery: 2 Business Days
  • Overnight Delivery: 1 Business Day
  • Canada Express: 2–4 Business Days
  • Australia Express: 7–15 Business Days
  • Europe and Asia Express: 7–15 Business Days

Two-Day and Overnight orders placed by 1 PM ET are processed the same business day. Ground orders take 1–3 business days. Processing may take longer during sample sales, promotions, or holidays.

Return Policy

All jewelry, bodysuits, and sale merchandise are final sale.

Full-price merchandise can be returned domestically or internationally within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return, visit tibiwear.com.

Returns must be sent from the country of delivery. Customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable. Pre-paid return labels are available for domestic returns.
